EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
Sybaris Terra Mia extra virgin olive oil is totally extracted from olives present in the company’s cultivars, the pressing of which takes place on the same day as harvesting and cold. In this way the oil retains all its properties.
OUR WINES
Three red, white and rosé wines from the vineyards of the Sibari hills and on the slopes of Monte Pollino, where the breeze coming from the Sibari golf course and the mild climate give them particularly fruity aromas and aftertastes. Sybaris Terra Mia has preserved an indigenous grape variety: Magliocco. We are proud to work in the cultivation, recovery, experimentation and valorization of this precious berry.
