Shipping cost

The cost of transport is €10 for normal shipping including VAT. This regardless of the distance, weight, number of packages.

Delivery Times

The delivery times of the goods ordered vary depending on the order placed by the customer (for example if the good is available) and the delivery methods chosen by the customer. The times indicated for delivery terms start from the moment of receipt of payment.

Delivery times vary from 48 hours to 4 days after receipt of payment.

Attention: the transport calculation is obtained taking into account the orders received by Sybaristerramia.it by 10.00 am on each working day (from Monday to Friday); the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) is not considered for the calculation of transport days.

Sybaris Terra Mia reserves the right to carry out appropriate checks in order to avoid online fraud to protect the veracity of the transactions carried out. Therefore, orders confirmed and paid with electronic instruments such as, for example, credit cards, Paypal and Postepay, could be subjected to verification with the issuing institution and therefore be processed exclusively after confirmation of the validity of the transaction following the appropriate verification. 

Goods Receipt

Upon delivery of the goods the customer is required to check:

that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document and that the packaging is intact and unaltered even in the closing tapes

In the event of tampering and/or breakages, the customer must immediately contest the shipment and/or delivery by affixing the writing “RESERVE TO CONTROL OF GOODS FOR …..” (indicate the reason) on the delivery document received from the courier.

IThe customer must subsequently report any damage within 7 (seven) days of receiving the goods.
