Shipping Cost
IThe cost of transport is based on distance, weight, number of packages, including VAT.
Delivery Times
The delivery times of the goods ordered vary depending on the order placed by the customer (for example if the good is available) and the delivery methods chosen by the customer. The times indicated for delivery terms start from the moment of receipt of payment.
Delivery times vary from 48 hours to 4 days from receipt of payment.
Attention: the transport calculation is obtained taking into account the orders received from sybaristerramia.it by 10.00 am on each working day (from Monday to Friday); the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) is not considered for the calculation of transport days.
Sybaris Terra Mia Società Semplice reserves the right to carry out appropriate checks in order to avoid online fraud to protect the veracity of the transactions carried out. Therefore, orders confirmed and paid with electronic instruments such as, for example, credit cards, Paypal and Postepay, could be subjected to verification with the issuing institution and therefore be processed exclusively after confirmation of the validity of the transaction following the appropriate verification.
Goods Receipt
Upon delivery of the goods the customer is required to check:
that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document and that the packaging is intact and unaltered even in the closing tapes
In the event of tampering and/or breakages, the customer must immediately contest the shipment and/or delivery by affixing the writing “RESERVE TO CONTROL OF GOODS FOR …..” (indicate the reason) on the delivery document received from the courier.
The customer must subsequently report any damage within 7 (seven) days of receiving the goods.

Price
The prices included in the electronic catalog of Sybaristerramia.it may vary from day to day. This variation is strictly linked to the market situation or exchange rate fluctuation.
Purchase methods
For each order placed, Sybaris Terra Mia issues an invoice for the material sent via e-mail to the holder of the order pursuant to art. 14 Presidential Decree 445/00 and Legislative Decree 52/2004. The data provided by the customer at the time of the order will be included in the invoice.
No changes will be possible after the invoice has been issued.
The wording “available” when the product is displayed is purely indicative as it is possible to verify the possibility of multiple purchases at the same time by multiple users. For this reason, Sybaris Terra Mia reserves the right, once the order has been received, to verify the actual availability of the goods and, failing that, to promptly communicate the non-acceptance of the order sent.
Correct receipt of the order is confirmed by Sybaristerramia.it by response via email, sent to the email address communicated by the customer.
This confirmation message will re-present all the data entered by the customer who undertakes to verify its correctness and promptly communicate any corrections. Subsequently, Sybaristerramia.it, having verified the availability of the goods and the accuracy of the customer data, will send the acceptance of the contract via e-mail.
By placing the order on the Sybaristerramia.it website, the customer declares to have read the conditions of sale, the proposed payment methods and the entire purchase procedure. With express reference to the articles. 3 and 4 Legislative Decree 185/89 the customer will receive, via e-mail, all the information necessary for the identification of the seller which the customer must keep together with the contract acceptance email.
Right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal is regulated by law. The customer-consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason.
To exercise this right the customer must send to the addressinfo@sybaristerramia.it a communication within 10 working days which is evidenced by the delivery date of the goods. Following our authorization, the customer-consumer will have to send the product at his own expense (as required by art. 67, paragraph 3 of the Consumer Code) to:

NPlease note: Customers who purchase with a VAT number cannot exercise the right of withdrawal.
Withdrawal method
The right of withdrawal is however subject to the following conditions: The purchased good must be intact and returned in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment: manuals, brochures, etc.); to limit damage to the original packaging, we recommend, when possible, placing it in a second box; In all cases, affixing labels or adhesive tapes directly to the original packaging of the product should be avoided.
Return of the Products
Once these conditions have been verified, Sybaris terra mia will refund the customer the entire amount already paid for the product (excluding shipping costs) within 14 days of the return of the goods, through a cancellation procedure of the amount charged to the credit card or by Bank transfer. In the latter case, it will be the customer’s responsibility to promptly provide the bank details on which to obtain the refund (IBAN code of the invoice holder).
Forfeiture of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal is totally lost, due to the lack of the essential condition of integrity of the goods (packaging and/or its contents), in cases where Sybaris Terra Mia ascertains:
Even partial use of the goods and any consumables;
The lack of the external packaging and/or the original internal packaging;
The absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, brochures, manuals, parts, …);
Damage to the product for reasons other than its transport;
In the cases indicated above, Sybaris Terra Mia will return the purchased goods to the sender, charging the shipping costs to the sender;
Customers who purchase with a VAT number cannot exercise the right of withdrawal.
Order guarantees
Defective product
If the newly purchased product is found to be defective, the customer must send an email to info@sybaristerramia.it reporting the problem encountered.
Once the technical nature of the problem has been proven, Sybaris Terra Mia will immediately replace the product at its own expense. We invite you NOT to ship any defective products before contacting us.
Return
In cases where the application of the guarantees requires the return of the product, the goods must be returned by the Customer in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment: manuals, brochures, etc.), to limit damage to the original packaging, we recommend, when possible, placing it in a second box; In all cases, affixing labels or adhesive tapes directly to the original packaging of the product should be avoided.
